Our client in the financial services sector is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced SACCO Officer to oversee daily SACCO operations, manage member services, and support loan processing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Member registration & account management
Loan processing, appraisal & disbursement follow-up
Deposit mobilization & loan recovery tracking
Handling member inquiries professionally
Preparing financial & operational reports
Managing SACCO system / APP transactions
Ensuring compliance with SACCO policies & procedures
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a SACCO or Microfinance institution
Experience using SACCO management systems / APP (mandatory)
Strong numerical, analytical & reporting skills
High level of integrity & confidentiality
