KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives cluster-level growth of Sahl Banking through deposit mobilization, financing expansion, revenue generation, and customer acquisition across assigned Retail branches and the Corporate Sector.
Identifies and executes local market and segment opportunities aligned to Islamic banking principles to expand Sahl customer base and balance sheet.
Accountable for first-line Shariah compliance, ensuring all products, transactions, and customer engagements adhere strictly to approved Shariah structures and governance frameworks.
Proactively identifies, manages, and escalates Shariah, operational, and reputational risks arising from branch activities within the cluster.
Ensures consistent high-quality customer experience, complaint resolution, and ethical conduct, reinforcing customer trust and confidence in Sahl Banking.
Acts as the primary coordination point between Retail branches and central stakeholders including Sahl Banking, Shariah Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Supports and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in matters of shariah banking.
Supports and executes marketing, community outreach, and engagement initiatives to grow awareness, acceptance, and uptake of Sahl Banking offerings.
Builds branches and corporate banking team capability through training, coaching, and performance support, enabling frontline teams to effectively sell, service, and manage Sahl products.
Monitors cluster performance against growth, service, and compliance targets, implementing corrective actions to address gaps and drive results.
Role outcomes directly influence profitability, balance sheet growth, customer loyalty, regulatory standing, and brand credibility of Sahl Banking in both retail and corporate sector.
