Sales Executive – Bulk Water Distribution

About us 

Sporty H2O is a growing water vending and packaging company specializing in purified drinking water. We supply bulk water products (300ml, 500ml, 1L) to distributors and institutions, and also offer refill services at our plant. With an expanding client base that includes corporate customers and high-demand event days (e.g. match days), we are looking to onboard a results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our growth. 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new bulk buyers, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales operations during high-volume match days.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and acquire new bulk customers (retailers, distributors, corporates, events, institutions) 
Actively prospect and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking 
Convert leads into paying clients and grow recurring orders 
Promote Sporty H2O products (300ml, 500ml, 1L bottled water and refill services) 

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers 
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business 
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisions 

Match Day Sales Coordination

Supervise and coordinate a team of casual sales agents during match days 
Ensure adequate stock distribution, sales tracking, and accountability 
Drive high-volume sales in fast-paced environments 

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain records of leads, conversions, and sales performance 
Provide weekly updates on pipeline, closed deals, and revenue generated 
Track commission earnings based on new business acquired 

Compensation Structure

Retainer + Commission 
High earning potential based on performance 

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (FMCG experience is a plus) 
Strong negotiation and communication skills 
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
Experience managing or supervising teams is an added advantage 
Familiarity with local distribution networks, retail outlets, or event sales is a plus
