This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nairobi. The responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building relationships, showcasing available plots, and providing exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will also handle negotiations, close sales, and contribute to meeting sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of interactions and developing innovative strategies to attract new customers.
Qualifications

Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic knowledge of real estate and market trends in the Kikuyu and Limuru areas
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with the Nairobi area and its surrounding regions is an advantage
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
