Main Purpose of the Job- (Job Summary)
The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department operations, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
Main Responsibilities
Litigation/Case management
Technical Issues Management
Regulatory compliance
Contract management
Negotiate out of court settlements for Third party claims
Recoveries Enforcement
Legal claims payments
Knowledge & Experience
The candidate must demonstrate and possess the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)
Diploma in Law
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Good communicator- oral and written
In-depth knowledge of regulatory law
