Sheffield Africa is seeking a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom & Customer Relations Executive located in Sheffield Africa HQ, Nairobi, Kenya. The Executive will engage with clients to provide personalized service, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement: Greet visitors, understand needs, provide detailed product information, and close sales.
Customer Relations: Build rapport with clients both front office & back end, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Showroom Operations & Management: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are properly displayed.
Order Processing: Manage customer orders, payments, and coordinate with logistics or finance teams.
Lead Generation & Reporting: Identify new business opportunities, maintain client records, and report on showroom walk in and sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Expertise in customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage showroom operations and organize client appointments effectively
Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment
2 Years experience in showroom sales and client relations.
A diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
