Responsibilities

To be a safety culture example and ambassador- To lead and develop an operational team
To execute contractual obligation and optimize site/asset performance
To deliver company expectations on its core metrics : Total recordable injury, Lost production factor, Direct costs per megawatt, Planning execution
To coordinate and be a focal point on behalf of the site with internal or external stakeholders (Contractor, Vestas Technical function, Supply chain, Continuous improvement, lean, …)
Qualifications
Engineering degree in Electrical, mechanical, or related fields
Driving license
Fluent English
Significant experience in similar positions within a renowned international company
Competencies
Sense of responsibility based leadership
Able to work under challenging and complex environment- High communication skills
Comfortable with IT tools (Hardware/Software)
Ability to work in remote area on rotation based pace
