QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, customer care,IT , or a related field.
Experience in sales and marketing business management, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for building relationships.
Ability to handle and close deals.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
A Critical thinker to be able to address customer needs.
SUPERVISORS
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or relevant field
Proven experience in a supervisory, management, sales is essential.
Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff across assigned region.
Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and interaction.
Strong analytical skills for performance, forecasting, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office Suite
Capability to create business plans and analyze market trends.
High energy, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
Must have a valid driving license with active driving experience of 5 years
