What You’ll Be Responsible For
Overseeing installations, maintenance, and servicing of equipment
Managing technical teams and driving accountability
Planning and executing projects (timelines, budgets, resources)
Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards
Handling escalations and complex technical issues
Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence
Managing field operations, tools, and spare parts
Tracking performance, reporting, and improving systems
Who We’re Looking For
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering
5–7 years’ experience in technical operations
2–3 years in a leadership role
Experience in commercial kitchen, laundry, or refrigeration systems
Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
