What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their drilling plans and operational needs
Promote and deliver tailored ReedHycalog solutions to maximize performance and value
Identify new business opportunities, support tender processes, and expand market share
Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and product performance
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful tool runs and customer satisfaction
Manage the full sales cycle—from order processing to invoicing and payment follow-ups
Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What You Bring

A university degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
Proven sales experience, ideally within oil & gas or drilling environments
Strong understanding of drilling, geology, or hydraulics (advantageous)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
