Responsibilities

Proven experience in training, learning & development (L&D), or capacity building, with the ability to drive impactful learning initiatives.
Experience in an HR consultancy or service-based industry is an added advantage.
Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and content development, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to design practical, results-driven training programs aligned to business and client needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with  confidence in delivering both physical and virtual sessions.
Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop customized training solutions.
Strong capability to monitor, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
Leadership ability to build and grow the training function, while integrating modern tools such as Al and digital learning platforms into training delivery.
