Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take orders, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times.
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments where required.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good communication skills in English.
