is seeking to fill the role of a
Technical Sales Technician
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Sales Technician will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical product support, and building strong customer relationships
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for distribution boards, control panels, and power management units.
Conduct site visits to gather technical requirements and prepare accurate quotes, BOQs, and proposals.
Present and demonstrate power board solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Work closely with the production teams to ensure client specifications are delivered accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Provide after-sales support and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights for product improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, electrical systems, or power solutions.
Knowledge of power distribution systems, panel boards, SLDs, MCCBs, breakers, and general electrical products.
Ability to read electrical drawings, interpret load schedules, and prepare BOQs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driving license is class BC
