Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about the institution’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or referral to the relevant department/office.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Respond to telephone calls and walk-in customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend service improvement measures.
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure they are adequately addressed.
Promote positive customer relations and uphold the institution’s image.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Participate in public relations and customer awareness activities.
Requirement
Diploma in either of the following fields:- Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Marketing or Public Relations
Must have served in a customer care office setting for at least 2 years in a reputable institution
Must have knowledge of use of office equipment
Must be computer literate
