Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across agricultural products and services.
Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer acquisition channels.
Monitor sales performance and initiatives against commercial targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and support market expansion.
Develop marketing initiatives and promote honey, herbs, and other value-added products.
Conduct market research on customer needs, trends, competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
Identify opportunities for product development, market expansion, and value addition.
Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, and professionally manage inquiries and feedback.
Contribute to commercial strategy and prepare sales performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, or a relevant field.
7 years’ progressive experience, including at least 5 years in agriculture, specifically horticulture or beekeeping.
Proven experience in commercial agriculture, with strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer management, and revenue growth.
Strong business and market development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a growing organization.
