Key Responsibilities
– Manage and grow Waziri Coffee’s social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
– Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar.
– Create engaging content such as:
– Reels and TikTok videos
– Posters and promotional graphics
– Educational and storytelling content
– Customer engagement campaigns
– Voice-over content
– Edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok.
– Cover on-field activities and create real-time content.
– Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and provide weekly reports.
– Suggest innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and sales.
– Support paid advertising campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
– Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
– 1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
– Strong storytelling, video editing, and content creation skills.
– Experience using:
– Canva
– CapCut
– Adobe Express
– Meta Business Suite
– Familiarity with AI tools such as:
– ChatGPT
– Canva AI
– CapCut AI
– Runway
– Other content creation tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency.
– Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Preferred Qualities
– Proven ability to grow social media pages and increase engagement.
– Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
– Ability to generate leads, brand growth, and customer engagement.
