What You Can Expect

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive the end-to-end sales journey from lead generation to closing deals
Engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
Support marketing campaigns and brand activations that attract customers
Use data, tech, and AI insights to enhance customer engagement
Turn customer feedback into actionable sales strategies
Collaborate in delivering world-class real estate projects
Contribute to hitting ambitious sales targets and business growth goals
Minimum Requirements
You scored 350 marks in KCPE or equivalent
Scored B+ and above in KCSE and for Ugandan applicants: 17 points in UACE or equivalent
Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026 with a Second-Class Upper Division or higher (or equivalent) score in university
Professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage
Have 0–2 years’ work experience
Open to working across Kilifi, Nairobi Uganda, or other locations
