Job Description
The Role
The Community Health Officer will work closely with the
Director of Clinical Services
, the
Marketing Team
, and community stakeholders to strengthen community engagement, build strategic partnerships, coordinate outreach initiatives, and enhance referral linkages to the hospital.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Community Health or a related field.
Registered with the relevant professional body.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or community health setting.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience working with Community Health Promoters, community health programs, stakeholder engagement, or healthcare outreach will be an added advantage.
