Job Description
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, front office or guest relations
Experience with Hotel PMS and OTA platforms is an added advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong sales, upselling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
