Job Description
Salary:
Net KES 30,000 per month
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
1–2 years experience in operations or logistics.
Must be a resident of Mombasa.
Willing to travel to our Nairobi Head Office for a mandatory training period of not less than two 2 weeks.
Experience working in a courier or logistics company will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with the Coastal region is an added advantage.
Proactive, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of riders.
Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle operational and administrative duties at the branch.
Coordinate and monitor same-day delivery operations.
Manage and support coastal agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining high service standards.
