Oversee F&B operations including restaurants, bars, and banqueting Supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and maintain service standards
Organize and manage events and tournaments.
Manage club house bookings.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
