Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
NOTE that preference will be given to those candidates who are currently living in Machakos County
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Education, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Economics, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
A Master’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a college, TVET institution, or university is preferred.
A valid TVETA Trainer License or eligibility to obtain one will be an added advantage.
Strong professionalism, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success..
Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
