Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, E-Learning Technology, or a related field
Technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, applications & basic networking
Prior exposure to a Learning Management System Moodle preferred
Proficiency in video/ audio recording & editing tools is an added advantage
Strong communication & customer support skills
