Our client is hiring an experienced Boutique Operations Supervisor to oversee boutique operations, manage teams, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management
Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skill
Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Good fashion sense, professional grooming, and brand representation skills
Mature, proactive, honest, and results-driven
