SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telesales role preferably in a microfinance
A diploma/degree from a recognized institution
Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, email, and experience with the Internet.
Proficient in English oral and written.
Familiarity with CRM system and practises
