Job Description
YOU NEED:
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or a related field.
At least three years’ experience in banqueting, events or high-volume food production, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel.
Strong food preparation, presentation and hygiene skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Demonstrates our brand values.
YOU WILL:
Prepare and present food for meetings, conferences and banquets.
Supervise the kitchen section and guide junior team members.
Maintain recipe, portion and presentation standards.
Coordinate with Banqueting, Events and Service teams.
Support event preparation, buffet setup and replenishment.
Monitor quality,stock, wastage, hygiene and food safety.
Assist with menu planning and special event requirements.
