Job Description
The CEO is the Principal Executive Officer of AIBK, responsible for implementing the AIBK’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and positioning the Association as a leading voice of Insurance Brokers in Kenya and the region.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance or a related field
15+ years’ experience; at least five 5 years in senior leadership
Proven experience in strategy execution, stakeholder engagement & advocacy
Board governance & institutional transformation experience
