Program Summary
As a Clinical Officer Management Trainee at Sarova Hotels, you will embark on a structured two-year program aimed at developing your clinical, operational and leadership proficiency to excel in healthcare management within the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will gain:

Person Specification
Minimum of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
Must be registered by the Clinical Officers Council
Possess a valid practicing license and be a member of a relevant professional body
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about healthcare innovation
Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to succeed
Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel as needed
