COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVES TRAINING & CONSULTING  Are you a High-Performing B2B Sales Professional ready for your next Leadership Challenge?
We are a leading Training and Consultancy firm seeking an ambitious, result-driven Commercial Sales Executive to spearhead business growth across both private and public sector organizations and government agencies
This  is  NOT  a  retail  sales  position.  We  are  looking  for  a  professional  who  understands consultative selling, can build strategic relationships, navigate procurement processes, and close high-value service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of professional training, capacity-building, advisory, and consultancy services.
Identify,  engage,  and  develop  opportunities  within  government  institutions,  state corporations, NGOs, development partners, and private sector organizations.
Understand and effectively execute government procurement and tendering processes.
Develop  compelling  proposals,  presentations,  and  business  solutions  tailored  to  client needs.
Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
Cultivate long-term client relationships and support successful project delivery.
Contribute to business growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following:
Has a minimum of 2 or 4 years proven experience selling services Training, Consultancy, Professional services, HR solutions, ICT services, Financial services or B2B offerings We will  require  2  years  selling  experience  with  a  Degree  qualification  or  4  years  selling experience with a Diploma qualification
Has  experience  engaging  corporate  clients,  government  agencies,  or  institutional customers.
Understands  government  procurement  systems,  tendering  processes,  and  stakeholder management.
Can establish rapport quickly and build trust with prospective clients
Is highly persuasive, confident, and capable of influencing complex buying decisions.
Has  experience  supervising  or  leading  teams  and  demonstrates  strong  leadership potential.
Is commercially minded, target-driven, and passionate about business development.
Holds a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
