Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, customs, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
Monitor operational performance, analyse data, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs, customs regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
Prepare operational performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations management.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications such as CSCP or other logistics/supply chain qualifications are an added advantage.
