Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution
Certification in Customer Experience Management e.g., CCXP is an added
A minimum of three 3 years relevant experience in a comparable customer-facing role preferably in the Healthcare industry
A person of high integrity in their personal conduct and handling of sensitive data
Proficient in Microsoft Office and client feedback Customer relationship management system
