Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies, and marketing agencies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end project execution including design, fabrication, printing, and installation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Improve operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large-format printing, or a related industry.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Strong experience in operations and project management.
Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or business unit.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
