Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in a dynamic and fast-paced industry? We are looking for ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Graduate Trainees in Supply Chain within a milk processing company.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including sourcing and procurement of raw milk and materials
Assist in production planning and demand forecasting
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management
Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery
Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports to improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Recent graduate (0–2 years of experience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
