Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Nursing, Community Health, Health Care Assistance, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, or a related healthcare field.
At least 1–2 years of teaching, training, mentoring, or healthcare practice experience.
Experience working in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, or training institutions.
Experience supervising students during practical and clinical attachments is an added advantage.
Good understanding of healthcare assistant and nursing aide curricula.
Strong professionalism, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success..
Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
