We’re recruiting an Human Resource Management. Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition on behalf of our client, a leading Human Resource Consultancy.
Location:
Likoni Road, Nairobi
This isn’t your typical internship. You’ll gain practical experience in:

Payroll Administration

Background Checks
Client Relationship Management
Business Development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
Previous internship or practical experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administration.
Good understanding of Human Resource Management principles.
Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to prepare professional reports and documents.
Familiarity with Linkedin, online job portals, and social media recruitment will be an added advantage.
Good internet research skills.
Previous experience in a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedin and online job portals.
Monthly Stipend:
Ksh. 20,000 Plus Performance-Based Recruitment Commissions for successful placements you actively support.
