About the job
Strategically support the HR team in Mobile Internet Business Group in order to assist the business managers.
Assist the Overseas HR Leader and the Regional HR Manager in Africa to oversee day-to-day operations of the HR in the Mobile Internet Business Group, employee engagement, and local policy interpretation.
Provide HR support in Talent Acqusitions, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Review for the Mobile Interent Business Group not just in Kenya but also potentially outside of Kenya within East Africa.
Partner with Chinese HRBPs across the globe to comprehend the needs and navigate country-specific requirements.
Partner with the African Group HR teams to implement relevant local policies.
Work on the ad-hoc tasks related to all the functional matters in Mobile Internet Business Group in Africa
