Job Description
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end inventory transaction reconciliation central warehouse + 38 branches
Final stock sign-off with Inventory Controller physical-to-GL verification
Full returns-to-credit cycle management customer & branch
Branch stock reconciliation to head office ledger
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
3+ years of inventory accounting experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution with multi-branch operations 5+ branches minimum
Advanced Excel & ERP experience SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Enquest [Preferred]
Strong understanding of inventory valuation methods and provisions
Strongly preferred
CPA, ACCA, CIMA or actively pursuing
Experience in fashion, footwear, or perfumes/cosmetics
WMS integration, inter-branch transfers & elimination accounting
