Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead ICT strategy, policies, budgets, and continuity plans.
Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, connectivity, and hardware.
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and ICT risk.
Manage helpdesk support, system upgrades, and digital transformation.
Ensure backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Oversee ICT assets, vendors, CCTV, biometrics, and access systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in management.
Multi-branch retail, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred.
CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
