Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a Junior Food & Beverage Cost Controller.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
1–2 years experience in F&B cost control or inventory management
Experience using Opera PMS, MC Material Control, Micros POS & SUN Systems
Knowledge of food costing, stock control & variance analysis
Strong Excel and analytical skills
