Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications and requirements:
An earned PhD in Commercial Law from recognised university.
OR
Master’s degree in Commercial Law from recognized University.
Have at least three 3 years of teaching experience at the university level or research/industry.
Have a minimum of twenty-four 24 publication points or equivalent, of which at least sixteen 16 must be from refereed journals.
Be registered with the relevant professional body where applicable
