Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
Leadership and people management skills.
Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Lead and develop the logistics team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail
Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving 8. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. opportunities.
Track and improve performance using KPIs. 9. Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
