Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
For appointment to the position of Member Financial Centre Tribunal, an applicant must be in possession of the qualifications provided under Section 35 of the Nairobi International Financial Centre Act, 2017.
Hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
Seven 7 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
Be of good character.
Be a member of a relevant professional body in good standing;
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
