Job Description
Requirements
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology/ Phlebotomy.
Motorbike License.
Key Responsibilities
Specimen & Testing Management: Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens including phlebotomy accurately and promptly in line with laboratory SOPs.
Equipment & Inventory Care: Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab instruments; manage inventory and prepare necessary reagents.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain strict quality control, participate in QA programs, and ensure total compliance with safety, biohazard, and regulatory standards.
Data & Confidentiality: Record, verify, and report test results efficiently while maintaining absolute patient confidentiality and meticulous documentation for audits.
Collaboration & Support: Partner with the broader healthcare team, assist in onboarding/mentoring junior staff, and handle other duties as assigned by management.
