Job Description
This is a critical leadership role connecting creative design with manufacturing execution. The successful candidate will oversee production planning, quality control, supplier relationships, inventory, workshop operations, safety, and delivery timelines.
We’re looking for a professional who brings:
5–7+ years of production management experience in premium/luxury fashion, garments, bags, or leather goods
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design/Apparel Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven experience managing workshop teams, production budgets, and premium supplier networks
Strong understanding of luxury garment construction, premium fabrics, high-end finishing, and pattern manipulation
Working knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and OSHA 2007
Proficiency in production planning tools, MS Excel, and fashion-focused ERP systems
