Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
Ensure GMP compliance, line clearance, and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment utilization.
Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel.
Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records BMRs, SOPs, and production documentation.
Drive batch reconciliation, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health science field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet manufacturing or formulation and process development.
Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
