Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing physical and electronic records.
File, retrieve, and archive institutional documents.
Maintain records, registers and document tracking systems.
Support document control and records digitization.
Ensure confidentiality of institutional information.
Assist during audits and records verification exercises.
Perform other administrative duties assigned.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Records Management, or related field.
Recent graduate or continuing student eligible for internship.
Good organizational and computer skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality
