Job Description
We’re looking for candidates with:
A Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, café operations, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and upselling abilities
A valid Food Handler’s Certificate
Experience in a premium retail, bakery, café, confectionery, or food & beverage environment preferred
