Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives SDRs responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
High-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Execution of multi-channel strategies to reach potential clients.
Lead qualification based on the Ideal Customer Profile ICP.
CRM management: update and maintain records accurately.
Achieve activity and conversion targets consistently.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles SDR, call center, outbound.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
Fluent English oral and written.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
