Job Description
This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who can lead talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, drive performance management, ensure HR compliance, and partner with business leaders to support organizational growth.
We’re looking for professionals with:
5–7 years of progressive HR experience
Supervisory leadership experience
A valid IHRM Practicing Certificate
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour legislation
Experience across recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management
