Minimum Requirements
Ability to supervise and mentor students effectively.
Demonstrated teaching and research experience in higher education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PhD Senior Lecturer or Master’s degree Lecturer in English, Linguistics, or a related field
Strong teaching, research, and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.
Participate in curriculum development and academic committees
Supervise student projects and theses
